I learned once that the Asian community views things differently in business and views change as an opportunity. When we drive and come onto a yield sign we step on the brakes. I am told Asians step on the gas. They view today's economy as a major-opportunity.
If you are in Real Estate you could be down because you cannot sell houses, or you can sell houses for what they are worth and actually sell houses.
Well, in the boat industry there is a similar Phenomenon...now is the best time to buy a boat...so why isn't it the best time to sell boats?
